I’m super excited to share some big news with you! Effective Today, October 9th, I will be closing Emerald Home Inspections of NC and beginning an exciting chapter as the new owner of HomeTeam Inspection Service of the Triangle.
While the business name is changing, I’m not going anywhere. I will continue serving homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals throughout the Triangle with the same personal attention, thoroughness, honesty, and commitment to exceptional service that I have always worked hard to provide. I am so grateful to every client and real estate professional who trusted me with something as important as their home. Your referrals, repeat business, reviews, and support have helped me build a business that I am extremely proud of.
This transition allows me the opportunity to take what I’ve built and make it even better. Additional benefits include:
- A larger team of inspectors to choose from
- Inspections scheduled within 48 hours
- Better technology
- Same-day report delivery
All this while continuing to provide the local, personal service you’ve come to expect from me over the years.
What does this mean for you?
For the most part, simply a new name! I’ll still be here to answer your questions and support you after your inspection. If I previously completed an inspection for you through Emerald Home Inspections of NC, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have questions about your report or need assistance. I’m incredibly thankful for your trust in Emerald Home Inspections of NC, and I hope I can count on your continued support as I begin this next chapter as the new owner of HomeTeam Inspection Service of the Triangle.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your home-buying journey. I’m looking forward to continuing to serve the Triangle for many years to come!
All my best,
Laura Myers
